Pi begins with 3.14 plus an infinite list of numbers.
We in the US are different from the rest of the world
By writing dates starting with the month, then the day and year.
So, today is March fourteen, followed by the year.
Most of the world, however, writes dates logically
By beginning with the day, the 'smallest.' then the month, 'middle,'
And then the year, I had always advocated this form.
Our system-sequence lacks logical coherence.
However to have a proper 'Pi Day,' our system
Is the only way 'Pi Day' can exist!
Otherwise 14 / 3 makes no 'Pi sense' at all.
